Canal Barge & River Cruises

Unfortunately, we no longer have a partnership at this time with a Canal Barging organisation in France.  We have ourselves enjoyed a fantastic week on  a Burgundy Canal holiday where all meals, tours and accommodation (in  a queen size cabin with ensuite) were  provided.  It was a gorgeous week of indulgence in wine, food, history and culture with 6 other guests.

In selecting a barging holiday we’d recommend that smaller barges are better.  With regard to food, we enjoyed having breakfasts and lunches on board, and dinners in carefully selected restaurants that our hosts would drive us to in a mini-van.  Having an open complimentary bar is also a plus.
